Nompang Station - Conceptual Photoshoot

We identified that standard food photography would not be enough to stand out on crowded delivery apps. To capture attention and increase click-through and order intent, the visuals needed a clear concept, mood, and identity, while still keeping the food as the hero. A single visual style would limit flexibility across platforms and audience segments.

Challenge
Nompang Station needed strong, high-quality visuals primarily for food delivery platforms such as Foodpanda, where product images play a critical role in purchase decisions. At the same time, the brand wanted visuals that could be reused across social media and menu materials, while appealing strongly to Gen-Z audiences who are drawn to bold, aesthetic, and concept-driven content.
Solution
We proposed and executed a conceptual photoshoot with two distinct visual concepts. The first concept featured a street-food–inspired Chinese/Vietnamese vibe, using elements such as Chinese teapots, plates, and chopstick holders to evoke authenticity and cultural warmth. The second concept focused on a colorful, modern aesthetic, built around orange as Nompang Station’s primary brand color, creating a bold, youthful, and energetic look that resonates strongly with Gen-Z. Both concepts were carefully styled to work seamlessly across Foodpanda, social media, and menu designs.
Outcome/Results
The photoshoot delivered versatile, eye-catching visuals that elevated Nompang Station’s presentation on food delivery apps while strengthening its brand image on social media. The dual-concept approach allowed the brand to appeal to different moods and audiences, increased visual differentiation in competitive app listings, and supported stronger engagement and order intent from Gen-Z customers.
