Challenge

Borey Romchek had most of their residential units already built and an established community in place, but still faced the challenge of selling the remaining available units. At the same time, the developer needed to maintain sales momentum for new units currently under construction, ensuring continued interest and confidence in the project.

Solution

We proposed a combined promotion-led and media-buy strategy focused on driving urgency and visibility. This included limited-time promotional offers for ready units, targeted media buying to reach high-intent homebuyers, and content that highlighted the existing community, completed homes, and ongoing construction progress. Messaging was structured to balance immediate purchase opportunities with long-term confidence in the project’s continued development.

Outcome/Results

The campaign helped accelerate interest in the remaining ready units while sustaining demand for upcoming homes under construction. Borey Romchek strengthened buyer confidence, increased qualified inquiries, and maintained healthy sales momentum across both completed and in-progress units.
